So all your transactions are safe and secure! Look and Listen is backed by PayU (PayU is affiliated to most leading banks in South Africa), which guarantees complete security when using your Credit Card for payment. In addition, Look and Listen has received an SSL certificate which provides 128-bit encryption allowing the customer to conduct trusted & secure electronic commerce & communication over the internet. Subsequently, you Credit Card details are encrypted when they are transmitted to us and are stored in a secure environment. Please note, in an effort to clamp down on fraudulent purchases: we reserve the right to request a copy of your Identity Document and the front and back of your signed Credit Card. Returns We guarantee your satisfaction with all Look & Listen Online merchandise. You may return any faulty or damaged item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement of the title you bought - provided we are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods. We will look up your order with the order number and check if we have a replacement item in stock. If we do, we will courier the replacement item to you and at the same time collect the faulty item. If we do not have more stock of the item, we can either offer you a refund or we can order the item from the supplier. If we go ahead with the order we will let you know the estimated arrival and delivery of the ordered item. If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please email us at generalenquiry@lookandlisten.co.za. Please include your order number in all correspondence. Prices The prices displayed are inclusive of 14% VAT, but exclude delivery costs. Though we endeavour to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are accurate, we offer several million products for sale at any time and it is impossible for us to monitor the prices of each individual product manually. While we go to great lengths to ensure that the prices we display are accurate, we are reliant on our suppliers for providing accurate pricing information and as a result it is possible that erroneous prices may be displayed from time to time. In such cases, we shall not be obliged to sell the product at the erroneous price, and will correct erroneous prices as soon as we become aware of them. As part of our service, we source products from local and international suppliers and the prices we display for products on our website will fluctuate with exchange rates, and as our suppliers change their stock holdings and pricing. Displaying a price on the website does not constitute any undertaking by us to maintain that price for any length of time. We will always endeavour to complete your order at the price quoted at the time that the order was placed, but in cases of erroneous pricing or where our suppliers deplete their reserves of specially priced stock, we may quote you on new pricing or offer you a refund depending on the situation. At any given time, Look & Listen may have promotions and specials that run in-store and some online. Many will be specific to the online store and others to in-store only. Prices indicated online are not the same as in-store. Prices are exclusive to the Online store. Gift Vouchers Look and Listen have made it easier for you to shop for that perfect gift, whether it is online or in-store. There are 2 types of gift vouchers available to purchase online:
Agreement of sale Placing a product in your trolley does not constitute an order for that product and we cannot be held liable if the product is no longer available, or if the price has changed by the time the checkout process is completed. An agreement of sale comes into effect when either a credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank, or a bank transfer is reflected on our bank statement. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any point in time without giving any reasons. In this case, we shall be liable to refund any money already paid in respect of that order. Please note that due to the nature of our business and the types of product that we stock, our website will show a product as being available even if only one copy is available to purchase. If you order multiple copies of the same item, we may not be able to supply additional items at the same price, within the same time frame, or in some cases, at all. Please feel free to check availability with us prior to placing an order that includes multiple copies. Should you wish to cancel all or part of an order, please send your cancellation request to onlineorders@lookandlisten.co.za, however please note that we may not be able to cancel items from an order if they have already been dispatched by our suppliers. Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Best online advice Should you wish to have Look and Listen find a product for you that is not listed on our site, you may request it using the form on the "Request item" page and an email will be sent to our online store representatives. They will retrieve the relevant information on availability and costs, and get back to you timeously. Please note that special orders and requests on some "hard to find" titles may take anything from 3 weeks to 3 months to finalise, based on availability of the item. The majority of special orders however are generally dispatched in 4-6 weeks. |
